Singapore VS Uzbekistan

Met up with yanming, bq and ian at orchard for some pool session, chitchat and joke along.
b4 we left for kallang for the spore world cup qualifier match, me, ian and bq bought spore win, while yanming took a draw. so when arrive at the mrt, the crowd was huge. Suddenly, it brings me back to scenes i watch in football hooligan because it was really like it. All dress in red, and whites march in groups towards the National Stadium. As we walk, i could feel the passion... and we sat at the most front row. Warm up, and soon it started.
Uzb was leading 1-0, by a stupid goal. than by halftime, the score was already 2-2.
Of course i was disappointed because the 2 goals conceded are rubbish goals by singapore. The defence was hesitant and always stand off, instead of closing down. Boos and cheers. Kallang waves. Phow. i swear i would make it again for the next spore match against Saudi Arabia...somewhere in june i guess. join me! took some photos of warming up, line up and celebrations when spore scores.
However, stop snapping away and started to curse with the crowd when the score becomes ugly. 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 3-5, 3-6, 3-7. And i swear first 4 goals singapore conceded were stupid goals, like defenders commiting too early and goal line clearance yet miskick etc. Of course, i am proud because the spore strikers took their chances against tall build uzb players but very disappointed by the defence of LIONS.
All in all, it was an okay but real disappointing fans despite the huge lions support shown. Hope they can do it better next time round.
