WHAT DA FISH.
Initially we had a unwritten rule, that students were allowed to smoke in the school's multi storey carpark level 5.
For no apparent reason, they banned the area so now it is a forbidden area. They forced smokers to do their business outside the school compound. Erm, reasonable still. Afterall, it is a smoke-free polytechnic.
Now, all students receive this email.
NOW NO SMOKING EVEN IN HDB flats.
*no, i am not a smoker. bleah, i just felt unrest for my friends. bleah *
ITS bullshit. now even compounds that are out of school's jurisdiction, they put it under their Code of Conduct. Nonsensical typical shit from our DM. OMFG.
Than where else can they smoke? Risidents have their rights to clean air, as stated by the DM. True, but smokers also have their rights to smoke isnt it ?
can someone brave enough step up and do something? Well, i am not a smoker so i cannot do anything. bleah.
